Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions to include providing support in areas of recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, medical leave tracking, file and record management, policy management and HRIS.
Duties:
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all positions within the organization
- Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
- Oversee compliance with FMLA and other relevant employment laws
- HR policy and procedure guidance
- HRIS responsibility to include data entry, status changes and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience in HR sourcing, talent management, and benefits administration
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
